Maps

Hexes are 24-miles across.

Orc hordes can move one hex per day under normal circumstances.  Force marched prisoners and heavily-laden slaves or orcs move one hex every two days.

Woods can be moved through at one hex per day.  Wagons and prisoners cannot move through heavy woods of Nirumbee.

The Kor Torrigan hex can only be exited via the same hex side that it was entered.

The chance of a random encounter is 1 in 10 per day in clear hexes.

The marshes cannot be traversed by wagons.  Foot traffic in these hexes have a significantly greater chance of generating random encounters (1 in 6 per day) and use a different (and more deadly) list of random encounters.

The Dread Lord Goremaiming does not allow conflict within his home hex.  Violators will be incinerated.  An orc force making entering the Malturrim hex can arrive and offer tribute on the same day, then leave by any hex side on the next day.  Alternatively an orc force can move through the Malturrim hex without stopping, and will not trigger a random encounter check, nor risk attacks by other orc tribes.
